You may return your item within 30 days of receipt.
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by contacting us by e-mail or phone.
Once RMA is issued, please return your purchase along with a copy of the original packing slip to the address provided.
Once qualified merchandise is received, a refund of purchase price less ship cost will be issued back to the form of payment used.
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, and for the protection of all our customers, merchandise that has been used & personal products that come in contact with your body (skin, face, etc), may not returnable for sanitary hygienic reasons. To qualify for a refund, all returns must be unused, in new condition, in original packaging, with all manuals & accessories included. Backpacks, bags, purses, and wallets, must be unused and have original tags & labels still attached. Merchandise not returned as received will not qualify for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective merchandise will be promptly replaced by us or the manufacturer at no additional cost.

Items purchased between November 14, 2024 and December 24, 2024 may be returned for a refund, until January 24, 2025, subject to standard return guidelines.
