You may return your item for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by contacting us by e-mail or phone.
Once RMA is issued, please return your purchase along with a copy of the original packing slip to the address provided.
Once qualified merchandise is received, a full refund less our cost to ship, will be issued immediately.
To qualify for a refund, all returns must be unused, in new condition, in original packaging, with all manuals & accessories included. Backpacks, bags, purses, and wallets, must be unused and have original tags & labels still attached. Some merchandise may not be eligible for return due to the product's hygienic characteristics. Typically, this is isolated to products that are edible, disposable or interact with bodily fluids and some factory sealed electronics.
Defective merchandise will be promptly replaced by us or the manufacturer at no additional cost.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD
Items purchased between November 10, 2017 and December 31, 2017, may be returned for a refund, until January 31, 2018, subject to our other return guidelines.
